Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler Polyurethane rear sway bar bushings. These will fit machines from 2009-2022.  They will also fit the Sportsman 450 and 570.  Ranger 400, 800 and 900. Rzr 570 and 800 too.  If your rear sway bar is 25MM(1"), then these one piece bushings will work great and last a long time. Replaces OEM#5439731

Polaris 44mm wheel bearings. These high quality SWA brand bearings are a HD quality replacement wheel bearing that uses very good seals to keep dirt and water out. Fits many Polaris machines like Rzr 900, Rzr 1000, General, Sportsman 550,850 and 1000. Ranger 900 and 1000. Price per bearing. I've also added a bearing greasing option. I always recommend buying a bearing greaser, but I now have an option that I'll grease the bearings fully before they ship out. This will roughly double the bearing life.. I also have an option for adding on the HD flange castle nuts now too.

Polyurethane shock bushing set for the Polaris factory Sachs shocks.  This includes enough bushings for 2 black Sachs shocks.  Perfect candidate is the Sportsman 450/500/570/800 that have strut suspension in the front and standard shock in rear.  Also the new Sportsman S rear shocks.  This set uses a 30mm and 35mm bushing width.  Some machines use 30mm top and bottom and some use 35mm top and bottom.  Include a message for the width you require if different than the 30/35 combo.

1/2 Fox bushing set.  This includes enough Polyurethane bushings for 2 shocks.  Perfect for doing only 2 shocks on the Scrambler, or the front set for Rzr 800 S.  This set will come with 30mm or 35mm width's and fit the 1" bore shocks.  Please include a message and let me know which width you need. This set also fits the Sportsman and Scrambler S Walker shocks in the rear.

Us here at DK Offroad are also tired of loose steering bushings and the OEM support on our 2009-24 Sportsman Xp and 2013+ Scrambler 550 850 & 1000, plus the new Sportsman and Scrambler 1000 S. The bushings aren't the only problem, the support(clamp) is the main weak cause. Our new billet support will get rid of all the loose steering you're use to and keep the steering tight. This new support includes the billet support piece, new bushings and longer bolts too.  We designed this to use our bushings or OEM bushings. Other steering supports on the market use a custom bushing that you can't buy anywhere else.  Our goal was to not only make and keep the steering tighter, but in the event the bushings eventually loosen up, you can buy more from us or any dealer. Includes a grease zerk for greasing. I've also included a dropdown menu for the HL models. Since the grease zerk on the normal sportsman is easy to get to and install, its very difficult on the HL. So I will add the zerk in for the HL models to make greasing from the rear of the steering post. The last 2 pictures are from the Sportsman S install.

Koyo bearings and seal kit for the Rzr 900 1000 and Sportsman Scrambler S. Also fits the General, and Ranger too.  Includes the 3 high quality Koyo bearings and high quality pinion and axle seals too.  Doesn't include the side case O ring. 2020-2024 Sportsman and Scrambler 1000 S HD drag link kit. Our HD drag link replaces the cheap Polaris oem link that wears out after 500kms.  Ours is made from the same HD tie rod size 16mm tubing and comes with our new 4340 Chromoly tie rod ends. Zinc coated corrosion resistant.  Our drag link will last for years of riding. Use the dropdown menu to add our HD tie rod ends as a compliment to the drag link.

2020-2024 Sportsman and Scrambler 1000 S HD tie rod kit.  These HD tie rods are 35% stronger and thicker than the OEM ones. 16mm OD and twice the wall thickness. 2020-24 Sportsman Scrambler XP 1000 55" S model polyurethane bushing set.  Includes all the A arm bushings for the front and rear and the rear knuckle bushings too.  Includes 40 bushings total.   You can't buy a better set of bushings for the money.  Our bushings use an interference fit, which means the hole is smaller than the sleeve.
