Set of 4 flanged castle nuts for cv shafts. These are grade 10.9 and are super strong and carry the load much better than a standard axle nut. This will definitely help lengthen your bearing change interval.  M18x1.5 thread pitch. Fit's most, if not all Polaris axles, possible others too.

Polaris shifter shaft bushings.  Fits many many models of atv and Rzr. Fixes the dreaded loose shifter shifter. Our high quality nylon shifter bushings will replace the weak tiny oem bushings and keep your shifter tight for years to come.  Sold as a set of 2 bushings. Replaces oem#5433189. Polaris sway bar end link bushings. Polaris secondary rollers. These are the smaller rollers that came in many Polaris secondary clutches from 2004+.  These will work on the outside and in the helix side too.  These are 23.5mm x 14mm wide.  These new DK rollers are made from a Thermoplastic that is not only incredibly durable, but can withstand very high temperatures too.  Put a set of these in your secondary clutch and bring it back to life.  Comes with both rollers and 2 roll pins as well. Replaces oem#3234197 1 year warranty.

Polyurethane shock bushing set for the Polaris factory Sachs shocks.  This includes enough bushings for 2 black Sachs shocks.  Perfect candidate is the Sportsman 450/500/570/800 that have strut suspension in the front and standard shock in rear.  Also the new Sportsman S rear shocks.  This set uses a 30mm and 35mm bushing width.  Some machines use 30mm top and bottom and some use 35mm top and bottom.  Include a message for the width you require if different than the 30/35 combo.

1/2 Fox bushing set.  This includes enough Polyurethane bushings for 2 shocks.  Perfect for doing only 2 shocks on the Scrambler, or the front set for Rzr 800 S.  This set will come with 30mm or 35mm width's and fit the 1" bore shocks.  Please include a message and let me know which width you need.

Polaris small stud greasable, non adjustable ball joints. The 5/8" ball joint will fit the RZR 800, 900, 1000 S, 900xp, and some early Generals as well. Sportsman and Scrambler 550/850/1000. These will last twice as long as the oem style non greasable.

2008-14 Polaris Rzr 800 narrow and S, rear knuckle bushing set.  This set includes our super durable polyurethane bushings and our corrosion resistant steel sleeves as well. This set does away with the short odd lower sleeves and uses a slightly wider sleeve and bushings to match.

Polaris shock bushing set for the Fox shocks that come on the 11-14 RZR 800 S.  Includes all the Polyurethane bushings for the front shocks and the spherical bushings and O rings for the rear shocks.  May fit some newer Fox and Can am fox too that have the 1" shock bushing bore. 2008-14 Polaris RZR 800 S Complete A arm Polyurethane bushing set. Includes the bushings to do the front and rear A arms and includes rear knuckle bushings too. You can't buy a better set of bushings for the money. Our bushings use an interference fit, which means the hole is smaller than the sleeve. This creates a perfect seal and I guarantee these will last longer than anything you've tried before.
