Set of 4 flanged castle nuts for cv shafts. These are grade 10.9 and are super strong and carry the load much better than a standard axle nut. This will definitely help lengthen your bearing change interval.  M18x1.5 thread pitch. Fit's most, if not all Polaris axles, possible others too.

Polaris shifter shaft bushings.  Fits many many models of atv and Rzr. Fixes the dreaded loose shifter shifter. Our high quality nylon shifter bushings will replace the weak tiny oem bushings and keep your shifter tight for years to come.  Sold as a set of 2 bushings. Replaces oem#5433189. Also fits many brake pedal applications, but might need to be trimmed shorter.

Polaris sway bar end link bushings. Made from premium polyurethane like our other sway bar bushings. 90A durometer makes them a bit stiffer than the oem rubber type.  Our set includes 4 bushings as shown. Polaris secondary rollers. These are the smaller rollers that came in many Polaris secondary clutches from 2004+.  These will work on the outside and in the helix side too.  These are 23.5mm x 14mm wide.  These new DK rollers are made from a Thermoplastic that is not only incredibly durable, but can withstand very high temperatures too.  Put a set of these in your secondary clutch and bring it back to life.  Comes with both rollers and 2 roll pins as well. Replaces oem#3234197 1 year warranty.

Polyurethane shock bushing set for the Polaris factory Sachs shocks.  This includes enough bushings for 2 black Sachs shocks.  Perfect candidate is the Sportsman 450/500/570/800 that have strut suspension in the front and standard shock in rear.  Also the new Sportsman S rear shocks.  This set uses a 30mm and 35mm bushing width.  Some machines use 30mm top and bottom and some use 35mm top and bottom.  Include a message for the width you require if different than the 30/35 combo.

Polaris small stud greasable, non adjustable ball joints. The 5/8" ball joint will fit the RZR 800, 900, 1000 S, 900xp, and some early Generals as well. Sportsman and Scrambler 550/850/1000. These will last twice as long as the oem style non greasable.

Heavy duty reverse chain for many Polaris machines. Fits rzr 900xp, rzr 900, rzr 1000, ranger 900 and 1000, Ace, Sportsman Scrambler 850/1000.  Our custom made chains have more high strength links that make it 1.5mm wider than the oem chain. Still fits the stock gears with no modification. Replaces oem#3234737

2012-20 RZR 570 50" and 60" S models complete Polyurethane bushing set. Includes the front and rear A arm and rear knuckle bushings too. You can't buy a better set of bushings for the money. Our bushings use an interference fit, which means the hole is smaller than the sleeve. This creates a perfect seal and I guarantee these will last longer than anything you've tried before. I highly recommend the sleeves, which will roughly double the life of the bushings.

2011+ Rzr, Ranger and General 900 & 1000 Koyo transmission bearing kit. This kit includes the 12 roller bearings needed to upgrade the oem Peer bearings to a high quality Koyo brand bearing. If you have the turbo style transmission, which is the transmission with gear to gear reverse, use the dropdown menu to add the extra 3 bearings for that transmission.

New Team Tied secondary clutch for the Rzr and Ranger 570, plus bolts up to the early Rzr 1000 as well, but the helix has different angle.  I bought this for our own rzr but didn't end up using it. Doesn't have the original box it came in. OEM#1323051
