Polaris 44mm wheel bearings. These high quality SWA brand bearings are a HD quality replacement wheel bearing that uses very good seals to keep dirt and water out. Fits many Polaris machines like Rzr 900, Rzr 1000, General, Sportsman 550,850 and 1000. Ranger 900 and 1000. Price per bearing. I've also added a bearing greasing option. I always recommend buying a bearing greaser, but I now have an option that I'll grease the bearings fully before they ship out. This will roughly double the bearing life.. Polaris Secondary clutch rollers RZR,  Sportsman 2016+ Polaris Secondary clutch rollers RZR, Sportsman 2016+

Lose your square puck sliders in the secondary clutches of 2016+ Polaris Rzr 900,1000, Ranger, General and Sportsman 570, 850, 1000's too.  The square puck sliders cause un needed wear and much slower up shifting and down shifting.  These new DK rollers are made from a Thermoplastic that is not only incredibly durable, but can withstand very high temperatures too.  Put a set of these in your secondary clutch before the wear is too much and you have to replace the whole clutch.  Comes with both rollers and 2 roll pins as well. These don't fit the turbo models. 1 year warranty.

High quality FA475 Sintered brake pads.  These sintered pads are a great quality replacement pad.  I've been using these on my own lifted Sportsman 1000 and they lasted very long. Polyurethane shock bushing set for the Polaris factory Sachs shocks.  This includes enough bushings for 2 black Sachs shocks.  Perfect candidate is the Sportsman 450/500/570/800 that have strut suspension in the front and standard shock in rear.  Also the new Sportsman S rear shocks.  This set uses a 30mm and 35mm bushing width.  Some machines use 30mm top and bottom and some use 35mm top and bottom.  Include a message for the width you require if different than the 30/35 combo.

Us here at DK Offroad are also tired of loose steering bushings and the OEM support on our 2009-24 Sportsman Xp and 2013+ Scrambler 550 850 & 1000. The bushings aren't the only problem, the support(clamp) is the main weak cause. Our new billet support will get rid of all the loose steering you're use to and keep the steering tight. This new support includes the billet support piece, new bushings and longer bolts too.  We designed this to use our bushings or OEM bushings. Other steering supports on the market use a custom bushing that you can't buy anywhere else.  Our goal was to not only make and keep the steering tighter, but in the event the bushings eventually loosen up, you can buy more from us or any dealer. Includes a grease zerk for greasing. I've also included a dropdown menu for the HL models. Since the grease zerk on the normal sportsman is easy to get to and install, its very difficult on the HL. So I will add the zerk in for the HL models to make greasing from the rear of the steering post. Super easy.

Sportsman Scrambler rear diff rebuilt kit 2009+ Sportsman rear differential rebuild kit

Koyo bearings and seal kit for the 2009+ Sportsman and Scrambler 550,850 and 1000.  Includes the 4 high quality Koyo bearings and high quality pinion and axle seals too. I guarantee this kit is better than anything else on the market. Not only are we using Japanese Koyo bearings, but the pinion needle bearing in our set has double the thrust capacity as any other oem style bearing, have a look at the bearing comparison picture, ours is on the right and has double the rollers. If your pinion has even a little bit of bearing play, you most likely have chipped pinion teeth or you will very soon. We've figured out that these pinions need to stay tight for any long term reliability. We are offering our sets in 2 configurations, early differentials and later differentials. The main difference is the ring gear bearings. Either you have the early style, 16010 bearing or the later style with 6010 bearings(wider). I recommend you have your differential pulled apart first before ordering.

Sportsman Scrambler rear prop shaft 2009-24 Sportsman 550 850 1000 rear prop shaft

Rear prop shaft for the 2009+ Sportsman and Scrambler 550 850 1000 machines. Why try to replace the U joints when they seize up or loosen up or the splines are loose.  Our premium rear shaft are made of forged steel and use greasable U joints with positive seals.  Replaces oem#1332493. Will fit all the above chassis's because they haven't changed the transmission and differential spacing since 2009. Will fit the 2020+ Sportsman S, but is about 17mm shorter than oem.
