Aftermarket aluminum mechanical timing chain tensioner for the rzr 570, 900 and 1000 engine. This will help eliminate the dreaded start up clanking, waiting for oil pressure to get to the stock tensioner. This replaces the OEM hydraulic tensioner. Priced per 1. Billet front differential pinion cover for 2013+ Scrambler's and 2015+ Sportsman. Our Billet 4130 cover is the absolute strongest on the market, twice as strong as the best billet aluminum ones. Our support allows for an interference fit on the bearings, which will aid in longevity, strength and tighter gear backlash. It also will strengthen the front of your differential like having a reinforcement plate to keep the body from splitting. Comes with new hardware, bearings and a new HQ seal. Replaces oem#3236143 3235438. Doesn't fit the 16-17 and 22+ HL. Also fits 14-15 Ranger 570's with this style differential. Most machines won't need any clearancing. A great alternative to running the rzr 800/900 front diff and the arched tie rods. The only advantage that the 800/900 differential has is more pinion support. The gears are exactly the same size and strength. But our Billet support even's out the field. We're selling these either clear coated or raw. If you want to do your own custom color or powder coating, the raw would be best for you.

2011+ Rzr, Ranger and General 900 & 1000 Koyo transmission bearing kit. This kit includes the 12 roller bearings needed to upgrade the oem Peer bearings to a high quality Koyo brand bearing. If you have the turbo style transmission, which is the transmission with gear to gear reverse, use the dropdown menu to add the extra 3 bearings for that transmission.

This 3/4" wide chain will fit our 29% gear reduction set and the OEM High Lifter gear set as well. Our chains are guaranteed to be as high of quality as the OEM chain. If your chain is getting loose, install a new chain and tighten your reduction back up. Replaces OEM#3235245

29% gear reduction set for 2012+ Sportsman and Scrambler 850/1000 machines. This gear set includes both gears and the 3/4" wide chain. This is a must to properly run 29"+ tires. A clutch kit is merely a band aid that moves the rpm of the engagement and upper rpm of the clutch to compensate for the power losses of larger tires. The correct way to do this is with lower final gearing. Not only do you not "need" a clutch kit, but using our gear reduction set will make more power at the wheels than any clutch kit. A mild clutch kit can still be used in conjunction with lower gearing for fine tuning. Our gears are the same ratio as the HL gears, only ours have less rotating mass due to the lightening holes.

2009-2024 Sportsman or Scrambler 550/850/1000, including the S model, rear differential. This is a great replacement differential for your broken or almost broken OEM differential. Most of your OEM diff's probably have cracked pinion teeth already, especially if you have any pinion bearing play. So for the cost of a used differential, ours would be a much better choice. These are not the cheap amazon diff's you see. Our diff's are as good as OEM, I guarantee it. Replaces OEM#1332802, 1332914, 1332752, 2204462. Backed by a 1 year warranty.
